Situation

The Center for Orthopedics and Neurosurgery in Bend, Oregon was not getting organic traffic and was being beat out on page one of Google by their competition. At the time, they were seeing about 3,000 visits per month to their website. Their goal was to drive more web traffic, rank #1 for all orthopedic terms in Central Oregon and increase new patients.

Opportunity

After evaluating the competitive market, 20North determined there was ample room to surpass their competition in search ranking position and be seen as “the trusted leader” in all things orthopedic for Central Oregon.

Action

20North implemented a new website structure with the proper meta data and worked with The Center’s marketing team to create keyword-rich SEO content for the entire website. Combining Google paid advertising with ongoing SEO and a blog content strategy, 20North exceeded The Center’s website traffic goals every month and now rank #1 for nearly every relevant keyword.
