Leveraging YouTube and SEO to generate 13x e-commerce revenue
Situation
AM Solar built a new website and their ranking in organic search results plummeted. AM Solar wanted to drive more traffic to their website to increase sales of online solar products and DIY kits as well as to attract potential customers to their storefront for custom RV solar installations. At the time, they were experiencing about 2,000 visits per month to their website.
Opportunity
The RV solar energy system industry had a lot of online search volume from people looking for DIY solar installations, which was a great opportunity to increase AM Solar’s online sales. There were also significant opportunities to drive traffic and sales with “how-to” videos on YouTube as well.
Action
