How to Give 20North Access to Your
WordPress Account

Log into your WordPress account.
*YourBusinessDomain.com/wp-admin.

From your dashboard, navigate to “Users” and click “Add New”:

Fill out the following sections:
- Username: create username for our team to login in. “20North” will do.
- Email: input 20northanalytics@gmail.com
- Password: either generate a random password or create your own
- Send User Notification: make sure this is checked so we receive an email
- Role: default role is “Subscriber”. Please change this to “Administrator”.
- Click “Add New User”
How to Give 20North Access to Your Staging Site
If you have a WordPress Staging Environment, we would also like access to that. A Staging Environment is a “test” site, where we can test out apps, integrations, etc. without affecting the live site.

Log in to WP Engine

Under “Users”, click on “Account Users”:

In the Account Users page, click on “Add User”:

Add the following contact information:
- First name: 20North
- Last Name: Marketing
- Email: 20northanalytics@gmail.com
- Account Access: ensure this is set to “Full (no billing)”

Click “Create user”:
If you don’t have a Staging Site, no worries! If we need one to complete our work, we can talk about setting one up.
